Q1: Which items can be customized?
We accept Customized Furniture items for Hotel, Villa, Apartment and so on. Customer send us photo or drawing to show what furniture in need, and then we will communicate with you for the final drawing before production.
 
Q2: Which material do you use?
A. For sofa and bed, the meterial can be choosed as Fabric, PU, Leather, High density foam, Mold foam, Solid wood base, Stainless steel legs, Metal legs and so on.
B. For Dining table, Dining Chair, Tv Cabinet , sideboard, Coffee table, the material can be choosed as MDF veneer, solid wood, marble, stainless steel and Metal.

Q3: How to pack the products?
A. For Sofas and Dining chairs, Bar chairs are Assemble; For TV stand, Cabinets, Coffee Table, Dining table are semi-KD packing; Beds, Wall hangs are KD packing;
B. Packing material including: Carton, poly foam, EPE foam, Carton angle protection, bubble bag, Woven bag, wooden box and so on.

Q4: When the goods can be delivered after the order is placed?
A, Normally, goods will be delivered ASAP if we have stock. Otherwise, the lead time is 10-30 days according to your quantity.
B. Customized goods need 30-45 days to finish.
According to the quantity, the exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.

Q5: How can I get quotation and make order?
Just contact our email to tell our staff item numbers (or photoes) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare quotation list for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
